Sassy Beauty 23 Policies
Shipping & Return Policy
Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are delivered within approximately 5-7 business days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.

RETURNS
Sassy Beauty 23 has a no return policy due to COVID-19 restrictions as well as efforts to protect our customers, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
All Deposits for extensions services are non refundable and non transferable. Extensions that were purchased for an appointment that the client has canceled will be shipped to the address you have put on file. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the start time of your appointment will result in you being charged the full amount of scheduled services. For example: If you book for a k-tip install with a single process hair coloring service; and you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of those services, NO EXCEPTIONS. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent unnecessary loss for the business. For your convenience, a 10 minute grace period is extended for unforseen circumstances. After 15 minutes past your appointment may be canceled, you will forfeit your deposit, and you will be charged 100% of all services scheduled. Please let me know if you will arrive late. If time permits for your appointment, the fee is $10 every 10 minutes past your appt time.

At Sassy Beauty, we take our training and education seriously, and our policies reflect that commitment. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. Rest assured, however, that with Sassy Beauty 23 Classes, you'll be receiving top-notch education in the latest beauty techniques and trends to enhance your skills and take your career to the next level.
